Diver wins regional, advances to state

Best wishes to senior diver Elliot Cecil who advances to the IHSAA Swimming and Diving state finals this weekend at IUPUI Natatorium. Elliot captured the sectional title at Decatur Central Saturday and followed up with the regional title Tuesday at Brownsburg.
